About Naïf

When Jochem and Sjoerd both became dads for the first time in 2013, they realized that baby care products were full of harmful ingredients. Driven to make a change, Naïf was born.

Your role

As Key Account Manager Belgium at Naif, you play a vital role in strengthening our position in the Belgium market. Naif is growing rapidly, also in Belgium, and there is still much more room for acceleration in the Belgium market, while making a true impact.

We are currently looking for a hands-on, energetic and commercially driven Key account manager to join our Benelux Retail team. This role is made for people with proven track records in the Belgium retail landscape and experience with head office contact. We look for someone who is good at building relationships, but also dares to jump on new opportunities and puts a lot of effort in growing the business.

What will you do?

  • You will be P&L responsible for the full BE business, an important growth market for Naïf, including retail, pharmacy and independent stores. Such as Delhaize and Colruyt.

  • You will be part of the Benelux Retail team, reporting into our lead KAM.

  • Together you will develop an ambitious growth plan for Belgium and will join our monthly business review to report on progress.

  • Being a small company, you will also have a direct impact on our marketing plans & product development pipeline, ensuring everything is optimized for BE

  • You are responsible the day-to-day execution of your plan in BE, mainly: 

    • Maintain a good relationship with our (retail) partners

    • Continuously optimizing our assortment & listings in retail including creation of new listings, launching in new retail environments, trouble shooting, resolving issues related to delayed orders & and shipping discrepancies, or out of stock items

    • Track performance and adjust plans where needed. Make sure that our brand look amazing in both the stores & on digital shelf

  • You analyze weekly/monthly sales sell in, sell out, market share developments and you report on progress

  • You work in close collaboration with other (internal) stakeholders, including the Dutch country team, marketing, finance and operations colleagues

  • You have 3-5 years experience in (Key) account management in Belgium.

  • You are results-oriented, not scared of deadlines or working under pressure; You are able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

  • You are an excellent communicator, effective at getting people on board with your ideas, vision & commercial view.

  • You are an analytical thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative commercial strategies, supported by data.

  • You are available full-time (32-40hrs/week).

  • You are fluent in Flemish & English/Dutch; French fluency is a big plus.

  • You will be mainly working from Belgium, but you are also willing to travel to our beach-side office in Scheveningen, Netherlands, every other week.
